How many amperes can the terminal lug or straight through connector handle?

It is a misunderstanding to discuss how many amperes of current can be handled by terminal lugs or through connectors. What is really interesting is to discuss the temperature of wiring / cables. When determining the wiring size, the ambient temperature and the cooling capacity of the wiring need to be considered. Our terminal design ensures that when the terminal is crimped according to elpress instructions, the terminal can handle the same load as the power cable according to iec61238 standard.
